Our 3D printer turns out articulated flexi animals by the dozen — hinges printed in place, no glue, no assembly. It also makes the unglamorous things: replacement parts nobody stocks any more, prototypes, and jigs cut to fit.

The flexi animals
Printed in one piece, hinge and all, so they come off the bed already moving — no assembly, no glue. Dozens of them: dinosaurs, axolotls, octopuses, dragons, penguins, koalas, sharks, plus seasonal ones. They are the most popular thing we print, and they make very good desk company.
What else it’s for
Small runs, odd shapes, and things you can’t buy
3D printing builds an object up layer by layer from a digital model. There is no mold and no tooling, so making one costs about the same per unit as making ten — which flips the economics of exactly the jobs traditional manufacturing is worst at.
Replacement parts
A bracket, knob, clip or housing that is no longer made. If a model exists for it, we can print it — and if one needs drawing first, ask us about that separately.
Prototypes
Hold the thing before you commit to a production run. Check the fit, the feel and the size, then change it and print it again.
Jigs and fixtures
Stands, mounts, holders and alignment jigs made to your measurements — including jigs we use ourselves to hold awkward items for engraving.

Send us a model, or ask us about designing one
Most jobs start from a 3D model. If you already have one, that is the quickest route to a price.
- Already have a model? Send it over and we will check it prints cleanly before quoting.
- Need the design work doing too? That is something we can take on, but it is quoted separately from the printing rather than assumed. Ask and we will tell you what is involved.
- Not sure printing is the right answer? Describe what you are trying to achieve. Sometimes it isn’t the right process, and we would rather say so than sell you one.
Whatever the starting point, you see and approve a design before anything is printed.

Finishing
A printed part can still be branded
The three things we do are not separate services so much as three stages of the same job. A printed piece can be engraved, printed on in full color, or both — which is how a one-off part becomes a finished, branded product.

Cut a logo, name or serial into the finished piece so it cannot rub off.

Before you ask
Do I need to supply a 3D file?
A model is the usual starting point and the quickest route to a quote. If you need the design work doing as well, that is something we can take on — just ask, and it is quoted separately from the printing.
What if 3D printing is the wrong answer?
Then we will tell you. Some jobs are better machined, cut, or simply bought — we would rather say so than sell you a print that will not hold up.
Can a printed part be engraved?
Yes. Printed pieces can be laser engraved or UV printed afterwards, which is how a one-off part ends up properly branded.
Will I see it before it is made?
Yes. Nothing is produced until you have seen and approved the design. That applies to printing exactly as it does to engraving.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Individual printed items are priced in the shop. Anything bulk or bespoke is quoted per job — send us the details and we will come back to you. A design fee applies only where we have to create or rework a model.
