Terms & Privacy

Last updated 8 August 2026. Written in plain English rather than legalese. It reflects how Kowalski Designs actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer — worth doing before relying on it in a dispute.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Kowalski Designs LLC, based in Central Florida. The best way to reach us is through our contact page.

2. What you can buy here, and what needs a quote

Individual engraved tumblers and basic 3D printed items can be bought directly through the shop. Everything else — bulk and branded orders, signage, custom design work, and anything unusual — goes through a quote so we can price it properly.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. If we cannot fulfill an order we will contact you and refund anything already paid.

3. Prices and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and sales tax is added at checkout.

Bulk pricing: we do not publish a volume discount table. If you need a quantity, ask us and we will price the run.

Design fee: engraving your text, or using artwork you supply in a usable format, carries no extra charge. A design fee applies only where we have to create artwork from scratch, or rework what you have sent so it will engrave properly. We tell you before doing that work, never after. Artwork we already hold on file from a previous order is not charged again.

Minimum quantities apply to certain items only. Where one applies we will say so.

4. Proofs — nothing is made until you approve

For custom and personalized work we send you a mockup by email before anything is engraved, printed or cut.

  • Please respond within 48 hours of receiving your proof. Production is held until you do, so a late reply moves your date.
  • Approve it and the job goes into production. Ask for changes and we will send a revised proof.
  • Check spelling, names and dates carefully. We make exactly what is approved.

5. Returns and cancellations

We do not accept returns, and orders cannot be cancelled once you have approved the proof. Custom and personalized work is made for you and cannot be resold, which is why the proof stage exists — it is your opportunity to change anything.

This does not apply where we are at fault. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the proof you approved, contact us and we will put it right by replacement or refund.

6. Collection and delivery

Most orders are collected from us or dropped off locally, and we will arrange that with you directly. Where an order is shipped, delivery costs are confirmed before you pay. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection or delivery.

7. Artwork you supply

If you send us a logo, image or other artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that reproducing it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline artwork we believe we do not have the right to reproduce.

You keep ownership of your artwork. We use it only to produce your order, and we hold it on file so repeat orders do not need it again.

8. How the finished item will look

Engraving marks the material itself, so the finish varies naturally with the surface. Screen colors differ between devices. Small variation between the photograph and the finished piece is normal and is not a fault.

9. Privacy

We collect only what we need to process your order: your name, contact details, delivery address where relevant, and any artwork or text you send us.

  • Payments. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website.
  • Email. We email you about your order — confirmations, proofs and delivery. We do not sell your details to anyone.
  • Marketing. We only send marketing email if you have asked for it, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
  • Artwork. Files you upload are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
  • Cookies. This site uses cookies needed to run the shop and keep your cart. Embedded video only loads once you click to play it.

Want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted? Ask us and we will sort it out.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
